1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SharedBack website (including sharedback.pages.dev and related domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Informational and Directory Purposes

SharedBack provides an informational directory and rebate simulation tool based on public marketplace data. SharedBack is not a creator, broker, financial advisor, or payment institution. Subscription agreements, membership terms, and fulfillment are strictly between you and the respective third-party community creator or hosting platform (e.g., Whop).

3. Third-Party Affiliate Programs & Rebate Eligibility

SharedBack displays potential rebate calculations based on published affiliate rates. However:

• Rebates apply only while the third-party creator's partner program remains open and active. If a creator modifies or disables their partner program, commissions terminate and no rebate can be funded.
• Commission attribution depends entirely on the third-party marketplace tracking cookie, referral tag, and attribution parameters. SharedBack cannot disburse rebates on transactions not attributed to our referral tag by the platform.
• Standard platform clearing holds apply (typically 30 days) to account for member refunds, cancellations, and disputes.

4. Beta Status & Waitlist

SharedBack is operating in an evaluation beta phase. Registration of an email address constitutes joining a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create an escrow account, fiduciary obligation, or guarantee of cash distribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SharedBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party community closures, creator dispute outcomes, platform tracking failures, or service interruptions.
